We choice to do this interview with someone who has a small business,
Saif Al Zabbi is the laundry owner. Saif started his business by doing the
planning and design for this project as well as define risks to avoid them and
set a mitigation plan for them. He had worked 8 hours a day, also he’s a
student in the IT field so he worked hard to build his life. Saif he faced some
pressures during the first stages was the workers and the salaries, because he
wasn’t use to them at first. Then, by the time he developed to overcome those
pressures. When he started his project many people told him that he wouldn’t
work and he will not succeed because they are many competitors in the close
areas. On other hand, he depend on his self during working on the business to
solve his problems. Also he faced many problems in the business such as, people
losing their clothes in the laundry and people used to complain to him about
their clothes losses. Saif he looking to the future plans to have many branches
all over the areas that doesn’t have laundries close to them. Also he’s mention
that he met his initial goals and his goals doesn’t changed. Saif confirms the
knowledge it’s very important to everyone want to start a new business, and we
ask him was your personal life changed, he said; My person life changed into better after
opening the business, because this business helped me in paying my loan and I
was available to buy new car.
